This Itinerary, Quote, and/or Invoice, as applicable (each hereafter referred to as a “Travel Record”) is subject to the following Terms & Conditions. The travel-related products, services, fares and other information (the “Travel Offerings”) set forth in this Travel Record are provided by the suppliers of travel products and services such as ( without limitation) airlines, cruise line operators, travel insurers, hotels, car rental operators, and local ground operators (in each case a “Supplier” and collectively the “Suppliers”). Please read and ensure you understand these Terms & Conditions when considering the Travel Offerings. EACH TRAVEL OFFERING IS SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY THE APPLICABLE SUPPLIER OF SUCH TRAVEL OFFERING, WHICH MAY VARY FROM THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE SUPPLIER’S TERMS AND CONDITONS RESPECTING ANY TRAVEL OFFERING.
Your travel agency as identified on the first page of your Travel Record (hereafter the “Your Travel Agency” or “we”) uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Travel Offering content set out in this Travel Record is complete and current. However, Your Travel Agency is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to price, product or service descriptions or to availability due to the transfer of Suppliers’ information from third parties, or due to technical or human error. Your Travel Agency reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the Travel Record.
Your Travel Agency is acting as an agent for the Suppliers. We do not own, manage, operate or control any Supplier, any Supplier’s products or services including without limitation, cruise ships, aircrafts, local ground operations or other products or services in regard to the Travel Offerings. Your Travel Agency does not guarantee any Supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or protection of personal belongings. We assume no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation, or delays related to the Suppliers. Your Travel Agency is not responsible for any action, inaction, breach of contract, error or omission on the part of the Suppliers relating to a booking that you decide to make and which results in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, injury or death to you or your travel companions, whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations or services, mechanical or other failure of airplanes, ships or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific Supplier not Your Travel Agency. Also be advised that certain foreign facilities such as air-conditioning systems in public places, air craft, hotels and motor coaches may not be up to U.S. standards. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at the owner’s risk.
If you are a United States traveler, for information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department (202) 6475225. For medical information, call the Public Health Service (404) 332-4559. By embarking upon your travel, you voluntarily assume all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. You are hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. You should read government-issued travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories before booking international travel. This information can be obtained from www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofacand www.customs.gov.
In the event that payment has been made to Your Travel Agency by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Your Travel Agency. If Your Travel Agency incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Your Travel Agency via money order or cash immediately.
Your Travel Agency charges applicable sales, federal, state, VAT or provincial tax, service fees and surcharges for Travel Offering purchases. All currency of all prices listed in this Travel Record are set out clearly in the Travel Record and all charges will be processed in such currency unless otherwise noted. Additional taxes and surcharges (including carrier imposed surcharges) that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by hotels, ground operators and other Suppliers.
SUPPLIERS MAY CHARGE A FEE FOR ANY CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION TO YOUR BOOKED TRAVEL OFFERING. MOST TRAVEL BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANCELLED BOOKINGS WILL INCUR CHARGES. THESE CHARGES CAN BE UP TO 100% OF THE COST OF THE BOOKING, WHETHER OR NOT YOUR TRAVEL HAS COMMENCED. PLEASE REFER TO THE SUPPLIER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION. WHERE YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY INCURS ANY LAIBILITY FOR A CANCELLATION OR CHARGE FOR ANY BOOKING WHICH YOU CANCELLED OR CHANGED, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY US FOR THAT FEE OR CHARGE. YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE PROCESSING FEES IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND OTHER SERVICES.
If this Travel Record is a Quote or Itinerary and not a Invoice, all reservations and prices listed in this Quote are subject to availability and confirmation, and such confirmation will not be made until we receive, depending upon the type of Travel Services, either your initial deposit (in the case of certain cruises, for example) or full payment (in the case of insurance and certain air tickets, for example) and we issue to you an Invoice confirming that a booking has been made. Should the actual price differ from the price listed in this Quote, Your Travel Agency will notify you by e-mail within hours of making the purchase. If such notification is sent to you, the sale will be terminated unless you promptly reply by e-mail with confirmation of your intention to make the purchase at the actual price.
NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE IS MADE (i) REGARDING THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY RESERVATION FOR A TRAVEL OFFERING; (ii) THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE LOWEST AVAILABLE PRICE FOR A TRAVEL OFFERING; OR (iii) REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE TRAVEL OFFERINGS.
Required Travel Documentation
All passengers must have a valid passport when boarding the ship, even if your cruise includes only domestic destinations. If your cruise is an international sailing, the countries you visit will also require proof of citizenship. We strongly recommend bringing a valid passport as this is the only form of identification accepted by most countries. International travel by US citizens requires a US passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return travel date.
Additionally, some countries require Travel Visas. You will need both a travel visa and a passport if your cruise departs from or visits a port of call that requires a visa. You are responsible for acquiring the necessary visas. Travel Visa applications and approvals can take significant time to process so you should apply for your travel visa as soon as possible. If your cruise departs from or visits a port of call that requires a visa you must have a valid passport for your trip. Contact your consulate for specific requirements. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

Traveling with Children
All passengers in your cruise cabin must be 6 months or older, however the minimum age may be 12 months on select sailings. Please check with Your Travel Agency travel consultant at the address indicated above if your child will be between 6-12 months on the day of the cruise departure.
Certain cruise lines require that passengers younger than 21 years old be accompanied by an adult 21 or older in the same cabin. You may need to show proof of age when boarding the ship. For more information on traveling with children please see the cruise line’s general conditions, rules and regulations for details.
If you are traveling with a child younger than 21 and both parents are not traveling, the cruise line may require you to provide a notarized letter from their children permission to travel. Additionally, many countries have their own requirements for children traveling without parents. Pregnant Women
Pregnant women in their third trimester (24 weeks or greater) at the time of travel are not allowed to travel on a cruise.
Required Travel Documentation
All reference to aircraft departure times set out in this Travel Record are for your guidance and are subject by amendment by the Suppliers prior to actual booking. It isn't until full payment has been made and your itinerary has been ticketed that price and availability of flights are confirmed. You must check your itinerary at each stage of the completion of the booking with the Supplier(s) to ensure that you have the correct flight times and dates. It is possible that changes to flight times will occur even after tickets have been issued; in such cases you will be advised of such changes prior to departure directly by the airline or by Your Travel Agency.
All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled at the traveler’s expense. Any errors in names, dates and timings may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking.
Airlines may charge additional fees for checked baggage, advanced seat selection, or other optional services. Changes requested by you after ticketing will also result in airline imposed service fees as well as possible airfare increases. These fees and any associated taxes will be passed on to you. Changes subject to fees and associated taxes may include without limitation, changes in carrier(s) flight(s), time(s) or routing(s). Most discount and promotional air fares involve certain restrictions; for instance, a change in carrier(s) flight(s), time(s) or routing(s) may result in an air carrier demanding a full fare. Please read the complete penalty rules for changes and cancellations applicable to this fare by visiting the website of the airline Supplier identified under the ‘Flight Details’ section above. You may wish to obtain agency or airline Supplier assistance before making changes. Additional charges may apply.
Travel documents include, without limitation, airline tickets, cruise line tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) that are used to confirm an arrangement with a Supplier. Travel documents will be issued once appropriate payment is made (as noted above). In addition to airline travel documents, other travel documents may also be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions such as, but not limited to, being nonrefundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. It is your responsibility to review the applicable travel documents’ terms and conditions carefully.
For air travel, all passengers are asked to check-in at least 2 hours for domestic and 3 hours for international prior to the scheduled time of departure of their flight due to enhanced security measures. We also recommend on-line check-in that is available with most airlines at least 12 hours prior to departure. All travelers must be present with their boarding documents, government issued identification, passports and visas necessary for the destination. Any passenger arriving late for check-in will be denied boarding. It is your responsibility to verify check-in times with your air carrier Supplier by visiting your air carrier Supplier’s website or contacting the air carrier Supplier 24 hours prior to your flight.
Your Travel Agency recommends that you reconfirm the use and time of flights at least 24 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international. Some airlines will have schedule changes and your flight time may differ to what is stated on your Itinerary. We are not responsible for schedule changes. Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations. Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. If you intend to cancel your reservation, please cancel your reservation prior to flight time or air ticket will have no value.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please advise your travel consultant of any special requirements you may have, for example, special meals, medical requirements and so on.
Some countries require insecticide spraying of aircraft prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft. Please see the Department of Transport disinfection website for more information.
Suppliers typically reserve the right to refuse service to travelers at their sole discretion and including without limitation if the traveler: lacks proper documentation for the country of destination; has a contagious disease; is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics; and/or manifests disruptive and/or unruly behavior. Your Travel Agency assumes no liability for the acts of the Suppliers in refusing service.
Be prepared to present a government issued photo identification at the airline Supplier’s ticket counter. For international flights, a government issued passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return travel date is typically required. Additionally, some countries require Travel Visas. You will need both a Travel Visa and a passport if your aircraft departs from or arrives at a destination that requires a visa. You are responsible for confirming with the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling, the requirements for and for obtaining visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Travel Visa applications and approvals can take significant time to process so you should apply for your Travel Visa as soon as possible. If your aircraft departs from or arrives at a destination that requires a Travel Visa you must have a valid passport for your trip. Contact your consulate for specific requirements. Immigration authorities have the sole discretion to deny entry even when the relevant documentation is provided. A traveler with criminal history may be denied entry. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Traveling with Children
Whether travelling alone or accompanied by an adult, each child must travel with his/her own travel documents, a passport and appropriate visa, plus supporting documentation: i.e. birth certificate showing the names of both parents and/or legal documents pertaining to custody.
An adult travelling with minor children is strongly advised to hold a notarized letter of travel consent signed by other parent(s) or guardian(s) with legal custody. The letter must include the signor's address, phone details, and authorization to travel, the destination and length of stay. If a parent/guardian is divorced or deceased, a custody document or death certificate is required. For unaccompanied minors travelling, details of the person who is responsible for meeting the minor at the destination will also be required. It is your responsibility to obtain all documents including those for infants and children required by relevant government authorities of the country you're visiting.
Many countries have their own requirements for children traveling without parents. Some countries have very specific regulations regarding cases where only one parent is travelling with a child. We recommend you obtain information from the consulate of destination. Airline Bankruptcies
If an airline declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or to refund tickets issued before the bankruptcy. Travel agents are not allowed to refund tickets on airlines which have declared bankruptcy. Money given to a travel agent immediately becomes property of the airlines. If an airline declares bankruptcy, it might continue service, limit service, or stop completely. Other airlines might accept passengers under limited circumstances or may refuse to accept any passengers from the defaulted carrier. There are travel insurance plans available for passengers to protect themselves in case of airline bankruptcies. Please contact Your Travel Agency for more details.
Your Responsibilities
You assume full responsibility for, and hereby release Your Travel Agency from, any duty of checking or verifying any passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for chosen destinations. Note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. You are also fully responsible for verifying all safety and security conditions for each destination. You agree that Your Travel Agency is not responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed in the Travel Offerings. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Your Travel Agency assumes no responsibility for standards of hygiene, cuisine, sanitation, medical treatment, or telecommunications services. Nor is Your Travel Agency responsible for any political instability, terrorist activity, war, social or labor unrest, civil disturbances, arbitrary changes in government policies, local laws or customs, climatic conditions, methods of conducting business, military activity or emergency evacuation methods. By embarking on travel utilizing information contained in this Travel Record you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such travel.
Baggage and Insurance
Your Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage or personal items. Your Travel Agency STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE. There are different types of baggage, medical, or trip cancellation insurance that may be available to you. However, insurance coverage may not cover pre-existing conditions and may have other restrictions and exclusions. Consult your insurance carrier direct for details. Further, trip insurance or waivers provided by the Supplier may not provide insolvency coverage. All incidents of damaged, lost or stolen luggage should be reported in writing directly to your insurance company. Prior to booking your Travel Offering, you should contact the applicable Supplier or visit their website to determine maximum luggage and carry-on requirements and any charges that Supplier may apply to travelling with excess luggage.
Hotels are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, please notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified by that hotel. Rules may vary by property.
Tour/Package prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes or increase in operational costs. In addition, group tours/packages are based on a Minimum Number of passengers traveling: if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed on all passengers.
If travel insurance is not included on this itinerary, your agent may have arranged insurance for you directly with an insurance provider or recommended that you obtain trip cancellation insurance and medical insurance for yourself.
Clients located in California: In the event of Your Travel Agency's or a Supplier’s default, you may be eligible for a refund of up to $15,000 from the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. If you were located in California at the time of your purchase, you have a right to make a claim against the Fund for a refund of any money paid to Your Travel Agency that is due because of Your Travel Agency's or the Supplier’s bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operations, or material failure to provide the transportation or travel services sold. The claim must be filed within 60 days (no later than 6 months) after you become aware of your loss. If your loss exceeds $50, you must file a claim to be eligible for reimbursement from the fund. Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where you are not at fault and have not canceled in violation of the terms and conditions, if any, of the contract for transportation or travel services, all sums paid to Your Travel Agency for services not received by you will be promptly refunded by Your Travel Agency unless you otherwise advise this Travel Agency in writing.
Travelers not located in California: This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. You are not eligible to file a claim against that Fund in the event of Travel Agency's/Supplier default.
The Terms & Conditions and your rights shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of, and any cause of action brought exclusively in the jurisdiction of, the country in which the cause of action arises; if in the United States, it shall exclusively be the federal and state courts in California. You hereby agrees to waive any right it may have to a jury trial and further agrees that to the extent any damages are recoverable against Your Travel Agent, those damages are limited in amount to the amount paid by you to Your Travel Agent for the travel bookings. These terms apply to you, to anyone to whom you assign a booking and to any minors or others over whom you have authority to contract. By bringing a minor on a trip, or by booking travel for a guest, you are representing that it has the authority to bind the minor or the guest and you will defend and indemnify Your Travel Agent for any damages recoverable by the minor or the guest. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.

Please review travel documents upon receipt. Allow ample time for flight check-in, customs and security clearance. Please reconfirm all flights and times prior to departure in case of schedule changes. All times shown are local times as observed in each city. Passports must be valid at least six months beyond the date of travel. Ensure that you have all documentation required for travel outside of North America. Entry into a country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. Trip cancellation insurance and out-of-province insurance (if applicable) are recommended. Living standards may differ from those in North America, including the standards and conditions concerning the provision of utilities, services or accommodations. To the extent applicable, please check with the supplier regarding its cancellation policies. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If a price increase is more than 7% (except increases resulting from an increase in GST/PST/HST), the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.
